In connection with the construction of the new badminton and tennis hall a new adventure golf course was built and started its operation with the official opening ceremony on the 2nd of April 2011 (www.putters-paradise.de).

Aktiv Consult and raumstrategen have developed a feasibility study of various strategic and functional concepts for the implementation of a medical center in the new office complex (www.thesquaire.com) at the Frankfurt International Airport.

Tennis and Badminton, Oberursel
Just in time for the new winter season 2010/11, the newly built badminton and tennis hall with shop and office space, connecting building and mechanical rooms was completed and handed over to the operator (www.tb-oberursel.de). Furthermore an adventure golf course was built on the foure-acre site. Under the direction of the architects Klein+Kletti raumstrategen have done the structure planning and the implementation.

BayArena, Leverkusen
The new training center of Bayer 04 Leverkusen in the BayArena was inaugurated. This includes a physiotherapy, a training center and examination rooms, also for hypoxia training (high altitude) and a cold chamber for the training of the professional footballers. raumstrategen have created the space and using concept in connection with a structure planning for the Bayer 04 Leverkusen Fussball GmbH (www.bayer04.de).

Medical Center, Marl
As part of the overall planning for a medical center in Marl, the first phase of construction with the completion of the first medical practice has been completed (www.praxis-budde-wegner.de). The beginning of the construction of the other sections is expected for 2011. raumstrategen are designing the whole complex and are leadign the process moderation with the medical profession.

Hotel Brugger am See, Titisee
The new Brugger's SPA has been finished. Among other parts of the hotel Aktiv Consult and raumstrategen have developed this area including the function and design concept (www.hotel-brugger.de).
