raumstrategen is an office community of the freelance architects Kai Dreker and Bernd Hartman-Hilter. Since 2008, we dedicate ourselves to the assigned areas of architecture, architecture consulting and 3D visualisation.

Our ambition is the holistic expert advice to our clients. We develop for different interests and individual targets strategic solutions with high detailed quality which is creating in a concis and simple manner in the same time spaces and identities where the individual is in focus.

This is based on our interdisciplinary approach with a base of creative people. The project-specific integration of qualified specialists, which gurantees our clients a professional handling of the tasks, creates many synergies.
